I want to learn more about the Union, how do I accomplish this?

The first thing you should do is attend the membership meetings, they are very informative. You should also direct questions concerning Union policy as it pertains to your employee rights to your Field Representative.

I have lots of great ideas that I think the Union should implement, who do I talk to ?

You should attend a Union meeting and present your ideas to the Board of Directors or speak to your Field Representative.
