Are We Being Watched ?

It has been said that integrity is “what you do when nobody is watching”. I was talking with a colleague and it was bought to my attention that some of the maintenance personnel in Broward county were videotaped having “lunch” at an adult entertainment establishment (strip bar). They were busted (no pun intended) by a local television news crew.

 This happened elsewhere but it could have easily happened in our district. If you remember, we had a “knock down drag out fight” to secure the priviledge to pick up food in a restaurant. There are several foreman who are still unhappy with this perk your union won for you.

  It would only take a couple of “ethically challenged” employees to ruin it for everybody. We are all adult professionals, so please do the right thing because its the right thing to do, and you never know who’s watching.

Remember policies and procedures mean something follow them....
